Job Description

The Nike Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in executing brand activation strategies, ensuring seamless implementation of campaigns, events, and initiatives that embody Nikes values and elevate its brand presence within The Ohio State University community. This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to create dynamic experiences that resonate with university goals and align with Nikes brand identity. The Nike Marketing Coordinator will report to the Affinity Manager, within the Brand Engagement Services & Partnerships unit in Business Advancement. The individual will partner with the Manager, Director, unit and departmental colleagues, and campus-wide stakeholders to coordinate and move strategic programs forward. The highly organized and collaborative teammate will lead the student assistant program, creating an impactful work experience focused on professional development for each cohort. This role will be accountable for delivering measurable brand engagement results, including increasing U Move program participation, event attendance, and program satisfaction scores. Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree. Previous experience tracking, monitoring and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven success in sponsorship activation and engagement; experience leading complex, cross-functional projects; and Proven ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in MS Office skills and Adobe Creative Suite.
