Key Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Get Work Support
Coordinate and support external events related to business development.
Manage award submission calendar and facilitate post-award coordination.
Work with Communications + Branding (C+B) for award-related social media posts.
Develop templates and signage for open houses and industry events.
Support industry conference graphics (AHCA, ABC Expo, etc.).
2. Project Support
Create and maintain project-based communication material templates (weekly reports, internal presentations).
Develop organizational charts and reports for project owners.
Support safety signage updates and project event graphics (e.g., groundbreakings, topping outs, ribbon cuttings).
Standardize templates and task lists for project event planning.
Provide customized project signage and onboarding documents for large projects .
3. Leadership & Internal Support
Assist with internal leadership initiatives .
Design templates and graphics for internal and external event signage.
Create social media and announcement post graphics.
4. Internal Presentations & Communications
Develop and maintain templates for town halls, workgroup presentations, and support quarterly meetings.
Support shareholder presentations and internal digital signage (e.g., birthdays, new hires, jobsite updates).
Create and manage graphics for community initiatives and internal recognition events.
5. Internal & Cultural Event Support
Provide branding and graphic support for company-wide events in the Southeast.
Support cultural and social events with templates for invites, signage, and promotional materials.
Capture event photography for internal documentation and awards.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring brand consistency, efficiency, and engagement across all business units while supporting both strategic marketing efforts and internal communications.

Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as InDesign, SharePoint, and Teams.

Experience with photography and videography a plus.
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or graphics field preferred.
Available for minimal travel.
This is a salaried position.
In-office role with some flexibility for remote work.
This role could sit in any office in the Southeast Region (Raleigh-Durham, Nashville, Charlotte, Atlanta, Orlando, Tampa, or South Florida).
