Marketing Coordinator - Opry (Temp)

Assist with key operational and marketing tasks to ensure the smooth execution of Opry-related activities.
Responsible for maintaining inventory, processing marketing requests, coordinating digital assets, and
supporting various administrative and tracking functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailoriented,
and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Reports to Marketing Manager for Grand Ole Opry.
- Implement weekly updates to ensure accuracy and availability of the printed Opry show program.
- Maintain inventory for operational needs.
- Support marketing and promotion coordination needs for small and routine project requests.
- Submit and communicate priority artist direction for outdoor billboards and cross-promotional
assets (e.g., Gaylord, Sirius XM) through Workfront (WF) management software. - Conduct an initial review of all marketing request form submissions via WF, ensuring all required
information is provided. Follow up with internal partners as needed to gather missing details. - Oversee digital screens and signage onsite to ensure accuracy and relevance of displayed
content. Collaborate with digital screen coordinator on priority updates and quality control. - Maintain the Opry brand and planning calendar with ongoing updates to reflect the latest
information. - Update and manage the show and tour trackers with daily and weekly manual data pulls.
- Provide support for external marketing partnerships as needed.
- Support administrative functions with billing and general reporting. Track, code and submit
invoices, expense reports and expense card statements for approval. - Attend meetings, take notes, and provide necessary follow-up support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Degree in Marketing preferred; a combination of practical experience and education will be
considered
Experience:
- 1+ years of marketing experience required
- Experience with ticketed show/event marketing preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Workfront (WF) or similar project management software preferred
- Basic understanding of marketing, promotions, and digital media management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
