Senior Interior Designer
Job Description

Lead interior design projects, overseeing all aspects from initial client consultation and conceptual design through to final execution. Manage the overall project timeline, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Understand and interpret client needs and communicate design solutions effectively. Mentor and guide junior designers, assisting with concept development, design presentations, and technical drawings. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to integrate interior design solutions seamlessly into broader project plans. Develop space plans, mood boards, and interior design concepts that align with client goals. Create design presentations and visualizations to communicate effectively to clients and stakeholders. Source and specify furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, and other design elements. Develop and manage product specifications and coordinate procurement as necessary. Stay current with the latest design trends, materials, and sustainability practices. Ensure design integrity, consistency, and accuracy in all project documentation. Review and approve drawings, technical specifications, and installation plans to maintain high-quality standards. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in Interior Design and Revit
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Experience managing projects and clients
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • LEED certification is a plus
Work Environment

Work involves a combination of office-based and on-site activities. Collaboration with various professionals including architects, engineers, and contractors is essential. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47.50 - $58.00/hr.
