OVERVIEW
Assist Corporate Advertising Manager with development of campaign strategies and the execution of
all advertising and promotional programs that support the corporate marketing plan.
1. Coordinate all advertising, promotional activity and related paid media efforts.
2. Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills combined with the ability to
manage a large amount of detail.
3. Manage project flow with external agencies and affiliated firms regarding advertising and
promotional activity. This includes but is not limited to: Billboards, print, media, digital, highway
signage, direct mail, etc.
4. Receive estimates, secure/monitor budgets and process invoices for advertising and promotional
activity.
5. Facilitate meetings with marketing teams, agency partners by preparing measurement reports,
capturing notes and assisting with follow up.
6. Explore emerging forms of advertising, digital media and paid social executions that may benefit
the marketing effort and assist in the implementation and monitoring of new media tests.

Education
• 4-year degree in marketing / advertising or related field preferred
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in advertising agency, brand marketing or related field preferred
